Mast Innovations began as a family-run business with a simple goal: to transform outdated kitchens and bathrooms into spaces that genuinely improve everyday living. From the outset, our focus was on doing things properly—taking pride in our workmanship, being honest with our clients, and treating every home as if it were our own.
As the business has grown, so has our experience and approach. What started with small, carefully delivered projects has developed into a more considered, design-led process, allowing us to take on larger and more detailed renovations while maintaining the same level of care and attention to detail.

Managing Director & Head of Finance & Accounts
Grace Hurst (Loyki Ma)
Grace Hurst (Lokyi) is the Managing Director of Mast Innovations and oversees the financial and administrative side of the business. She manages invoicing, financial control, and project administration, as well as producing CGI visuals to support the design and planning process. Grace ensures each project is commercially sound, clearly presented, and professionally managed behind the scenes.
Head of Operations, Marketing & Client Relations
Lewis Hurst
Lewis Hurst is Head of Marketing & Client Relations at Mast Innovations and leads the client-facing and design side of the business. He manages all quotations and produces high-spec bathroom designs, while guiding clients through the process from initial consultation to the final walkthrough. Lewis ensures every project is clearly planned, well communicated, and delivered to a high standard.
OUR INSTALLATION TEAM
Tony
Teams Manager / Plumber
Tony is our Installation Team Manager and a key part of the Mast Innovations team. He leads the installation team day-to-day, coordinating trades, managing site progress, and maintaining quality across all projects. With extensive hands-on experience and a calm, organised approach, Tony ensures each installation runs smoothly and is delivered to a consistently to the highest standard.
Dean
Bathroom Installation Specialist
Dean is a Bathroom Installation Specialist and a key part of the Mast Innovations installation team. He supports the day-to-day delivery of projects on site, with particular responsibility for bathroom installations and wall panelling. Known for his attention to detail and high standards of finish, Dean ensures each space is completed with precision and care.
George
Bathroom Installation Specialist
George is a Bathroom Installation Specialist and a key part of our on-site team, carrying out installations with care and precision. Methodical and reliable in his approach, he focuses on getting the fundamentals right to ensure every bathroom is completed correctly, efficiently, and exactly as intended.
PJ
Wall & Floor Tiling Specialist
PJ is our Wall & Floor Tiling Specialist, delivering high-quality tiling across our bathroom installations. Working through his company, PJ McLean Tiling Ltd, he brings precision, consistency, and attention to detail to every project.
OUR INSTALLATION TEAM
James Wong is our Electrical Specialist and a key part of the Mast Innovations team. Operating through his company, JW Electrical, he provides all electrical works across our bathroom and kitchen projects, ensuring installations are completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Balint is our Joinery & Carpentry Specialist and a key part of the Mast Innovations team. Operating through his company, Strongwood Carpentry, he delivers bespoke joinery, carpentry, and kitchen installations across our projects. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision, and finish, Balint ensures every installation is completed to a consistently high standard.
Josh is our Plastering & Drylining Specialist and a key part of the Mast Innovations team. Operating through his company, Josh Somers Plastering, he delivers high-quality plastering and drylining across our projects. With a strong focus on preparation, finish, and consistency, Josh ensures all surfaces are completed to a high standard and ready for final decoration.
