From the first message to the end result of the bathroom refit, everything has been outstanding.
Lewis and his team were called in to redo a bathroom after a bad experience with another company. We were slightly nervous after our previous experience with the other company.
Lewis is friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. His whole team were friendly and polite, they are all a real credit to Lewis. They respected the property at all times.
Lewis has delivered a dream bathroom. We are over the moon with it. It also meets all the required aspects that were spoken about at the first meeting with him.
Mast innovations quotes and communication are detailed and you are always kept up to date with everything happening.
This company have re-gained our faith and deserve all the praise and heartfelt thanks.

100% recommend Mast Innovations. We had our main bathroom and ensuite done at the same time. Lewis was great, he helped us choose bathroom furniture, tiles etc. We worked through having the bathrooms done but Lewis sent us updated photos through the day and always kept us informed on what the plan was for the day/week. His team were very polite and left my house tidy at the end of each day. We now have 2 bathrooms which we could not be happier with. We will be getting the team back to do our kitchen in the future! Highly recommend.

Lewis has some great ideas for future proofing bathroom design which I didn’t get from other companies that quoted he also allows you to purchase your own furniture and plumbing rather than buying if for you and putting a mark up in it.
The team are fun to work with but totally professional from all trades.

Here’s me straight up verdict. Mast Innovations gave our tired old bathroom a right good spruce-up and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the get-go they were friendly and bang on time, cracking on without any fuss. The lads kept everything clean. no dust, no mess, nowt left out of place. The tiling’s spot on, the fittings solid, and everything works a treat. Bit of a chuckle too one of the team spotted my ancient rubber duck and said it deserved “pride of place” in the new bath. Sure enough, when they’d finished, there it was perched like a king.

I need more than 600 characters! From the start Lewis was empathic and patient; I knew exactly what I wanted whilst having no idea of what I wanted!! He took my muddled ideas and made sense of them! The workmanship is perfect and top quality..I was excited coming home daily to see how my small, old, tatty bathroom was metamorphosising into a deceptively larger, new, sleek bathroom; I loved it! They were the opposite of disruptive!..they respected my home and the challenges it gave them Their mantra of 'Big enough to cope, small enough to care' sums them up perfectly!
